Description:
The content of the public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result according to §10e, paragraph 4 of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended, consisting of: a) implementation of preliminary activities; b) in the processing of the necessary project documentation for the realization of savingsmeasures; c) in ensuring the requirements associated with obtaining a building permit; d) in the implementation of basic energy-saving measures; e) in the processing of documentation of the actual implementation of cost-saving measures; f) in the development of operating regulations for newly installed equipment and operator training; g) in pproviding energy management; h) in providing a guarantee for the achievement of contractually guaranteed savings, in order to achieve an increase in energy efficiency and a reduction in operating costs in the contracting authority's facility.
