• Implementation of the Information System for the coordination of public administration controls The subject of the public contract is the supply and implementation of the Information System for the Coordination of Public Administration Controls (hereinafter referred to as "IS KVK"), which will fully correspond to all functional, technical, legislative and procedural requirements of the Principal. IS KVK will, in accordance with Act No. 231/2025 Coll., on the management and control of public finances, serve public administration bodies for the mutual coordination of public administrative controls of public financial support to prevent to perform duplicate control actions. The subject of performance also includes the following activities: a) provision of KVK IS operational support, i.e. KVK IS operation support and other processes performed by the Client, provision of KVK IS management and maintenance and its data, support of its users, provision of support for the operation of IS KVK, provision of services to ensure cyber security of IS KVK; b) regular updating of documentation related to IS KVK by the Supplier; c) provision of development activities within IS KVK na request of the Principal.
