Description: The subject of the public contract is the delivery and installation of IP telephony to the financial administration of the Czech Republic and its implementation in the Open Scape Voice Central System, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Treaty proposals - Annex No. 2 ZD (separate draft contract for each part VZ), and at the same time in accordance with Annex 3 ZD - technical specifications (separate technical specifications for each section VZ).

Fulfillment of the subject of the public contract will be provided in 2 stages, as follows:
- Phases of the performance of the subject of the public procurement are deliveries within the scope specified in the technical specifications (see Annex No. 3 ZD) and under the conditions laid down in the proposals (see Annex 2 ZD),
- 2. Stages of the performance of the subject of the public contract are services within the scope specified in the technical specifications (see Annex No. 3 ZD) and under the conditions laid down in the proposals (see Annex 2 ZD).
