Description:
Currently, the client uses the ArcSight Logger (Log Management) and ArcSight ESM (SIEM) from Microfocus (OpenText) to collect security logs and events of cyber incidents.Flex Connector and Smart Connector connectors are running on infrastructure, which is partially shared with production infrastructure. To ensure safety requirements, the current solution is not sufficiently dimensioned and is considered to be a risk.
For existing IS and KS is collected securityEvent and logs to these systems only to a limited extent, which is mainly due to the number of licenses (only 600 EPS for logger, ie Log Management platform) and the obsolescence of the currently used platform that does not approve of other logs and information that is needed for analysis and evaluation of cyberneticincidents. Logs and events are therefore only partially available, and the use of the current platform does not allow the recording of events in a full -fledged regime as it imposes on the applicant VOKB as a person compulsory pursuant to Section 3 (a). e) of the Act.
In addition to the above, it is necessary to ensure the preservation of logs and eventsInformation and communication system for at least 18 months, which the currently used log management platform does not meet for the above reasons.range ...
