- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the implementation of preventive maintenance and qualification of the devices listed in Annex No. 2 of the Framework Agreement for the Center of Excellence CREATIC of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University, specified in detail in the technical conditions of the contracting authority and carried out under the commercial conditions specified in Annex A of the procurement documentation. The devices are located in the clean rooms or laboratories of the CREATIC Center of Excellence of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in the premises of the Creatic Production Facility (CreProFa), in building (pavilion) C03, on the premises of the Bohunice University Campus, Kamenice 753/5, 625 00 Brno. Sterile (evaluated) medicinal products are produced in Pavilion C03. All production and control activities are carried out in accordance with the principles of GMP and are subject to Permit k production and GMP certificate issued by the State Institute for Drug Control Preventive maintenance
