MAKJ 0035 Motor Generator Motor Maintenance Maintenance List required for Service Service: MJR Major Back Source and Automatic Fracing Square, Makelsan Mchinery SERVICE SERVICE TYPE B Large prophylactic inspection of service work after 250 MH or 12 months of operation. The list of work is selected from the operating and maintenance manual: • oil replacement; • Replacement of the cooling media (completely 1x every 3 years or 1/3 per year); • replacement of oil, fuel and air filters; • speed adjustment; • Motor generator insulation; • Motor generator parameters; • lubrication of bearings, setting of voltage controller; • checking the status of electrical blocks and nodes, verifying the control unit parameters, insulation check; • check of wedge belts, ecological baths and sumps; • Checking sensors, regulators, alternator, starter and starter batteries; • Checking the fuel pump, pipe tightness, preheating, checking the exhaust pipe tightness.
