• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is to increase traffic safety on a section of Ptácká Street in Mladá Boleslav. Construction begins at the Mladá Boleslav bus stop, no. Floors 0.5, where a new bus bay is designed. It is also about the modification of the junction road II/259 and Ptácká street, where the existing traffic shadow should be strengthened and transformed into a traffic island. As part of the construction, pedestrian walkways, a bus bay, entrances to adjacent properties, parking spaces, lighting will be built pedestrian crossing including adaptive zones, new light signaling equipment and a door frame wall. The total length of the treated section is approximately 614 m. The client states that, taking into account the vegetation rest period (approximately from November 1 to March 31), he has already carried out felling of trees in advance, with regard to Decree No. 189/2013 Coll. - Decree on the protection of trees and permitting their felling - § 5 of the decree. Felling is therefore not the subject of the contract.
