• Increasing the throughput of intersections in Ostrava - expanding telematics systems - connecting controllers to the new switchboard The purpose of the public contract is to connect controllers of light signaling devices ("SSZ") at 69 selected locations on the territory of the Statuary City of Ostrava to the new traffic control center ("DŘÚ"), including the provision of related supplies and services. The result of the delivered performance will be a modernized traffic telematics system in the statutory city of Ostrava, which will be used for the purposes of modern traffic management, better informing transport participants, increasing the capacity of the transport network, increasing transport comfort and the attractiveness of transport, its smoothness and safety. The subject of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is primarily the following performance: a) Preparation An implementation study that will contain a detailed specification of the performance to be delivered, in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Documentation; b) modernization and expansion of the equipment of existing SSZs in order to connect them to the DŘÚ, including the addition of those not yet equipped intersections with V2X technology for public transport and public transport preference purposes; c) related supplies and services, in particular the analysis of the existing transport system and the design of traffic control scenarios for the DIC for the purpose of coordinating light signaling devices (SSZ) in the city to unified telematic traffic management system. d) integration of modernized SSZ at DŘÚ and integration of RVU at C-ITS BO and connection to the national PKI system.
