Information, animation and reception services for the objects of the National Museum
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of information, animation and reception services consisting mainly in the provision of information and animation services for visitors to the objects of the contracting authority, ensuring smooth and calmon operation in the visitor zones of the objects, handling of inquiries and communication with customers at the reception desk and in the exhibitions located in the individual objects listed in Article 4.2. procurement documentation. The contracting authority requests 3 categories of workers a) informant (11 persons) b) animator (5 persons) c) receptionist (1 persona) A more detailed specification of performance is given in the tender documentation and its annexes.
