- The subject of the public contract is the supply of infrared (FTIR) microscope for measuring infrared spectra in the ATR, reflective and transmission mode from the minimum analyzed area (below 10 x 10 Ξm) in the spectral range of at least 450 - 7800 cm -1. FTIR microscope is planned as a compact device with Infrared source, divider, interferomer, lens, two ATR crystals (GE, diamond), calibration laser, MCT detectors and type DLATGS, digital camera, motorized table, service software and control computer
