• Description:
• The subject of the project is the supply of a combined injection mold. It will be a new 4-foster combined injection molding mold for the production of sewer fittings-Polypropylene knees (PP-H), according to ČSN EN 1852-1+A1, issued in May 2023, with a system of hot inlet for accurate pressing, optimalCycle of production and minimization of scrap. Required parameters - Technical specification of delivery: • 1 or 2 or 3 product types will be injected on the form in one cycle. • A total of 5 types of products will be combined on this form. • Products are sewer knees from PP-H, according to the above-mentioned standard in theseDimensions: DN 110-15 , DN 110-30 , DN 110-45 , DN 110-67.5 , DN 110-87.5 • Number of free ends of the knee: 15 2x, 30 2x, 45 4x, 67.5 2x, 87, 5 2x • Possible combinations of inserts: 45 -45 -45 -45 or 45 -15 -15 -45 or 45 -30 -30 -45 or 45 -15 -30 -45 or 87.5 -45 -45 -87.5 or87.5 -15 -15 -87.5 or 87.5 -30 -30 -87.5 87.5 -15 -30 -87.5 or 67.5 -45 -45 -67.5 or 67.5 -15 -15 -67.5 or 67.5 -30 -30 -67.5 or 67.5 -15 -30 -67.5 . • The injection mold will be made of high quality steel, which is used standardly for the production of injection molds for plastic products frompolypropylene (PP-H). • Guaranteed turnover (life) forms min. 2,000,000 cycles. • Weight up to 3200 kg. • Injection channels will consist of 4 independently regulated hot upgrades. • Possibility to replace the shape from the dividing plane. • Cooling will be provided by cooling channels in solid and moving parts of the moldAnd all the shape cores, both the throats and the free end of the products. For all exchanging parts of the mold, the connection and tightness of the cooling channels will ensure via rubber "o" rings. • Departure and arrival of cores to initial (closed) and end (open positions) will be provided on the injection molding formusing guide pins. • The maximum possible dimensions of the injection mold will be detached. • ...
