- The subject of the public contract is the delivery and installation of 1 piece. Multifunction pelvis (100 l with pressure) including 1 pcs full blade, 1 punch punch, 1 pcs of the cushion sieve and 1 pcs for water treatment- solid parts filter, 1 pcs, 1 pc for hanging baskets, 1 pc suspension bar for GN, 2 pcs of frying baskets, 2 pieces of cooking baskets, 1 pc. Convectionctor 10 GN 1/1 with the possibility of expansion up to 20 GN 1/1 including 1 stainless steel bedding, 1 pcs of inserts for GN 1/1 I 2/1, 1 pcs for treatment - water filtration, eg BTW system, 1 pc. Convectionctor 6x GN 2/1 including pedestal with min. 6 inserts gn 2/1 and 6 inserts GN 1/1, 1 pcs of the insert section for GN 1/1 I 2/1, 1 pcs for treatment - water filtration, eg BWT system, 1 pcs of the washing machine for dishes including 1 piece of automatic water softener incl. 25 kg tablet regeneration salts, 2 pcs of baskets on plates, 2 pcs of cutlery baskets, 1 pcs of baskets on Glass (basket size 600 x 500 mm), 1 pc. trolley for handling GN, 1 piece of el. Oil filter filter and 1 electric boiler (80 l) with touch control in the workplace of professional training- Kitchen of finished meals SOURTLANY, including their deployment according to the drawing- existing equipment (disassembly and return installation), assembly and professional training to operate and maintenance.
