Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is supplies implemented on the following buildings: - Municipal Office: Karel Burian Square 55, 270 31 Senomaty, - Elementary School: Karel Burian Square 54, 270 31 Senomaty. The public contract is not divided into parts as the subject of the public contract is homogeneous The whole without a field division where the individual parts must be coordinated in parallel. The contracting authority assumes that the complete subject of the public contract will be fully fulfilled by a single supplier meeting the tender conditions. The tender documentation contains the technical conditions in accordance with the law. These technical The conditions consist of Annex 5 - Project documentation and Annex 4 - the bill. In the case of inconsistency between the tender documentation and the bill of the area, the data are the decisive data specified in the area of the area. The roofs on the objects in question will be fitted with photovoltaic panels of the following nominal performance or deviation (+/-) 0.5 kWp: - Municipal office: 49 kWp, - elementary school: 33.5 kWp. The participant will be modified items in the bill of quantities for which there will be a change against project documentation (eg a number of photovoltaic panels, number of structural elements, quantity of cabling, Engineering, revision), while maintaining the required PVE +/- 0.5 kWp.
