(nature and amount of works, supplies or services or indication of the relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of the public contract is the establishment of a semi-expanded windbreak, which has a canopy that lets part of the moderated wind through and is the most suitable under the given conditions, as it effectively reduces the ground speedwind to a considerable distance on the leeward side and promotes uniform snow deposition on the intermediate plots. The windbreak will be established over the entire area with an average plot width of 7 meters. Part of the contract is follow-up care in the next three years after the planting of the windbreak.
The subject of the public contract ismarries a half-blown windbreak that has a canopy that lets in some of the moderated wind and is most suitable under the given conditions, as it effectively reduces the surface wind speed to a considerable distance on the leeward side and promotes uniform snow deposition on the intervening plots.
