Description:
The subject of the public contract is the contractual provision of supplies of VHV instrument transformers with selected bidders for planned investment actions, planned repairs and ensuring the removal of the emergency state of VVN instrument transformers ensuring the safe and reliable operation of distribution equipmentconstitution for the period 08/2024-07/2032. With respect to the scope of the contract, which is an over-limit contract, the procedure will be in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on public contracts as amended. The order is divided into Parts: Part 1 - Porcelain high voltage instrument transformers Part 2 - High voltage instrument transformerscomposite The result of the public contract awarded in the form of a Negotiation procedure with publication is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement on the supply of goods with a maximum of three selected Participants with the lowest price offer for a model case in each Part for a period of 96 months from the signing of the Framework Agreement.
