Description:
The subject of fulfillment of the public contract is the supply of the following devices (medical devices defined by the contracting authority):
• Part 1 VZ - Electroding therapy device
• Part 2 VZ - combined electrotherapy device with UZ and vacuum unit
• Part 3 VZ - a device for high -frequency oscillation sternum
24 months, including assembly, installation and commissioning of the supplied equipment (if a specific item of installation and commissioning requires), demonstration of functionality and training of operators, in the range of Annex 1 called "Technical Description of the device "processed in 4/2025, with the aim of equipment of the client/buyer workplace with a new, unprecedented and unused medical device of instrumental character.
Minimum usability of the device 8 years for part 1 VZ and 10 years for part 2.3.4 vz.
