- The subject of the order is the insulation and concentration of staphylococcal anatoxins from cultivation solutions together with the standardization of the developed procedures.
As part of the service of the contracting authority requires the following partial activities:
a) the contracting authority delivers the culture media containing anatoxins acquired as hemolyzines during cultivationThe above vaccine bacterial staphylococcal strains.
Specifically, the contractual contract concerns inactivated hemolyzine alpha, beta, or delta, if it is contained in the media.The developed technology will be standardized to be applicable in possible commercial production at the GMP requirements. b) The service will also include the development of the technology of centers of isolated and purified, the above, anatoxins. The technology of the ending of anatoxins will beStandardized that it will be applicable in possible commercial production at the level of GMP requirements.
c) The output of the service will be the documentation to point a), b) and the design of the methodologies for control tests, applicable to the quality control of these semi -finished products in production. Another output of the service will be the delivery of samples concentratedanatoxins earned by points a), b). 10 ml of concentrate with documentation will be delivered from each anatoxin.
