• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the contractor's obligation to provide the services of an independent intermediary in the capacity of an insurance broker for the client under the conditions set out in Act No. 170/2018 Coll., on the distribution of insurance and reinsurance, as amended ("ZDPZ"), and in the binding model By chanceyou about the provision of insurance administration services and consulting activities in the field of insurance ("Sample Contract", "Draft Contract" or "Contract" depending on the context). including economic evaluationthe client's resistance to insurable risk and the client's ability to finance it);
  b) draw up an insurance program that meets the needs of the client in relation to insurance risks and the possibilities of the insurance offer;
  c) mediate the necessary insurance based on the insurance program, or in case of inputpublic contracts for insurance to prepare the technical/substantive part of the tender documentation;
  d) to manage insurance contracts;
  e) to ensure the application of insurance claims (implementation of liquidation of insurance claims) with the cooperation of an authorized employee of the contracting authority.
  The services of an insurance broker will includeovat the above-mentioned activities provided both for the contracting authority itself and for all the organizations established and established by it (with the exception of the Česke Budějovice Hospital), the list of which forms Annex No. 6 of this procurement documentation.
