Description:
The subject of the contract is the obligation of the supplier to provide the services of a separate intermediary in the position of an insurance broker for the contracting authorities under the conditions stipulated in Act No. 170/2018 Coll.on the provision of insurance administration services and consulting activities in the area of insurance, which is annexed to 8.

The subject of the public contract is the obligation of the supplier to provide separate servicesintermediary in the position of an insurance broker for the contracting authorities under the conditions set out in Act No. 170/2018 Coll., On the distribution of insurance and security, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZDPZ"), and in a binding proposal for the provision of Insurance Administration and Advisory Activities in the field of insurance, whichIt forms Annex 8 The tender documentation.
Within the services provided will be the selected supplier (insurance broker) to carry out the following activities:
a) consulting and consulting activities in the insurance industry, analyze the insurance risks of the contracting authority (including the evaluation of the economic resistance of the contracting authoritythe risk and possibility of financing it);
