Annex 1 of this ZD defines the requirements of the contracting authority set out in Subject of the Public Procurement. The Supplier is obliged to fill in the above attachment in order to see whether it meets the requirements. This document then allows the contracting authority to verify that the offer corresponds to the specified criteria and technical specifications necessary for the implementation of the contract.
