Description:
The subject of the public contract is the installation of the monitoring part of the ITP technological device (occupancy detection) at the D1 Střechov L/P rest area in accordance with the Concept of Highway Rest Areas 2018 - 2033 and PPK-ODP and its connection to the output of the URSA CR pilot project, the aim of which is to ensure collection and distribof specific traffic and travel information for freight transport, including information on the occupancy of rest areas and/or parking lots for freight vehicles on the road network of the Czech Republic. As part of the URSA CR pilot project, an ITP module was built for the collection and distribution of traffic information on the occupancy ofcoil for NA, to which the output data from the local system of the Střechov D1 rest area will be directed.
The public contract includes the supply and installation of detection technology for monitoring the occupancy of parking spaces for NA (occupancy detection, camera system, IS piezo thresholds, navigation signs ZPI P, PDZ IP11 further according to ZD and its appendices) and a local telematics system for navigating NA to free parking spaces at both rest areas. Part of the order also includes the creation of a functional communication interface for the needs of the superior systems of ŘSD.
