- The subject of the public contract is the supply of mechanized equipment (shredders and sieves) for the intensification of the operation of the ASOMPO, a.s. composting plant, which will be used for processing compost, according to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in Annex No. 4 ZD Technical specification and under the conditions set out inother annexes to this procurement documentation, especially in Annex No. 5 ZD Purchase Agreement.
This public contract is, in accordance with § 35 of the Act, divided into two (2) parts, while a separate bid must be processed and submitted for each individual part (each individual part of the public contract will be an independentevaluated and assessed). A separate Purchase Agreement will be concluded for each part of the public contract. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for any number of parts of the public contract.
Unless otherwise specified in this procurement documentation, the specified tender conditions apply to all parts of the contractother contracts.
The subject of the public contract for each part is always also:
•transportation to the place of fulfillment
•insurance associated with the delivery of goods
•training of the contractor's employees
•provision of warranty service
•disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation regulating waste management
