• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the provision of data communication services consisting of ensuring connection to the Central Service Point (Basic Registries) and connection of the contracting authority to the worldwide Internet network in data centers - DC1 Orlická and DC2 ČD Telematics. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract is the optimization of the current state of capacity inadequacy of the existing data lines and thus the settlement of the risk of a negative effect of the data network on the operation of applications in the contracting party's data network environment and ensuring technical conditions for the necessary development of the IT infrastructure, which consist in ensuring sufficient line capacity for growing volumes of data and the deployment of new applications. In more detail, the subject of this public contract is specified in the individual procurement annexes documentation, concr. in Article 3 of the Business Terms and Conditions (and their Annex No. 1 - "Technical specification of the subject of performance") and in Annex No. 3 - "Table of locations, technical parameters and prices of services provided", under the conditions stated in both the Business Terms and Conditions, so in their Appendix No. 2 - "SLA - required level of services provided".
