• Interoperability in Karlovy Vary Hospital, KKN a.s. The subject of the public contract is the modernization of the client's hospital information system (NIS) in the form of expanding its functionality - see the client's requirements listed in Annex No. 3 Technical specification of delivery ZD. The subject of the public contract is not the delivery of a new NIS, but the expansion and integration of the existing system. In particular, the fulfillment includes: • Acquisition of new or modification of existing information systems or their parts in order to improve the way of management medical documentation enabling its interoperable exchange, sharing, secure storage and interpretation. • Implementation of data interfaces enabling standardized and interoperable exchange of medical documentation between providers through national or regional infrastructure connected to national and European infrastructure (NCPeH). • Implementation of data interfaces for electronic healthcare services, registries or central eGovernment services. • Ensuring online access to authorized persons to medical documentation through standard electronic interfaces, portals, mobile and web applications. • Implementation of entity identifiers according to the Act on Electronic Health Care. The performance also includes: • integration of individual systems to the existing IT environment of the contracting authority, • solution configuration, • implementation of the solution in the client's environment, • ensuring secure data exchange and management between individual systems.
