Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract (hereinafter referred to as "the contract") is:
a) implementation of the part for the centralization and management of authorizations of end systems (hereinafter also "Identity Management" or abbreviated "IDM") and the centralization and management of authentications for ordinary users (Access Management or AM for short) and
b) IDM operation support for a period of 36 months.
The exact definition of the Subject of the public contract and other requirements for its implementation, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are specified in detail in Annexes No. 1 and 2 of the procurement documentation.
The purpose of this public contract is to conclude a contract for work and a contract for provision information system support services for qualifications and authorizations with one Supplier.
The tender documentation containing the mandatory requirements is available through the tenderer's profile within the framework National electronic instrument as a non-public part (which forms Annex No. 10) of the procurement documentation. Suppliers must send a request to make available the non-public part of the procurement documentation through the National Electronic Tool. The request must be sent no later than (5) working days before the expiry of the deadline for submission of bids. As part of the application, the supplier shall submit a completed, electronically signed Agreement on the Protection of Confidential Information (which forms Annex No. 9 ZD), in which he undertakes to use the provided information only for the purpose of preparing a bid within this public contract.
