The introduction of a dynamic purchasing system to ensure the operation of aircraft and ground equipment of the Czech Army and the armies of NATO member states in accordance with the requirements of the technical documentation of manufacturers of air and ground equipment and to ensure the cleaning, lubrication and conservation of weapons with permitted types of weapon, cleaning and preservation productscenters with valid qualifications for ACR weapons, which regulate the warranty and post-warranty operating conditions of equipment and weapons.
