Description:
The subject of the tendering procedure is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DNS) for awarding public procurement for the supply of computer technology according to the needs of the University Hospital Pilsen. These include supplies of PC, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals and components, data storage, servers, mediaFor storing data, network devices and components.
Dynamic purchasing system means a fully electronic, open system for normal purchases of supplies and services within the meaning of Section 138 et seq. of the Act.partial public procurement and thus ensure the duration of the DNS ongoing awarding of public contracts for demanded supplies to ensure maximum efficiency of the resources and reliability of the realized supplies.
DNS will be introduced for an indefinite period.
Individual orders awarded in DNS willrealized through the electronic tool Tender Arena.
2.1. Public procurement in DNS
awarding public contracts in DNS is governed by the provisions of Section 141 of the Act.
All suppliers included in DNS the contracting authority will announce its intention to award a public contract by challenge to submit an offer for publicThe contract according to the provisions of Section 141 (1) and (2) of the Act.
