Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the delivery, installation, commissioning and support of the operation and development of the Client's integration platform and all related SW components, including all related licenses and services required for IP operation in the Client's environment so that the delivery forms a functional unit.
Mainlyt the performance of this Public Contract represents three (3) temporally linked phases. The timing and details of the individual phases are given in Article 4 of the procurement documentation - Schedule, deployment procedure, Article 5 of the procurement documentation - Implementation Phase Specifications, Article 6 of the procurement documentation - Service Support Phase and Article 7 oftender documentation - Phase Implementation of development requirements. On the basis of the procurement procedure, a contract will be concluded with one selected supplier for the performance of the subject of the Public Procurement, the binding proposal of which is Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
