- On the basis of this procurement procedure for a public contract, a Contract for the implementation of IT projects and the provision of related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") containing the contractual conditions for the performance of individual sub-contracts for the provision of implementation and consulting services for the IT ecosystem of NPI web applications (hereafter referred to as ITEKO) and the provision of service services for ITEKO intended for the resolution of incidents, problems and service requests beyond the scope of the guarantee arising in connection with the operation and managed by ITEKO, all consisting mainly of: • work coordination and project management, • technical and functional analysis, solution proposal, • graphic designs, •completion, maintenance and organization of documentation, • Infrastructure management and configuration, • development and implementation applications, • the integration of generative artificial intelligence (AI), •updating and developing applications, • testing, • provision of Infrastructure and preparation of operational environments in the Infrastructure, • ensuring the operation of applications, including testing and development tools, • monitoring and proactive problem solving, • ensuring backup, management of logs and audit records, • provision of support services including reporting, • management and resolution of ITEKO incidents and requests. The purpose of this public contract is the development and subsequent operation of three basic component: • CRM system (management of contacts and activities), •CMS (Web builder) - a system for managing web presentations, • Content Hub (Data Base) - a central content repository connected to other applications.
