- The subject of the public contract is a service consisting in the provision of repairs and maintenance of military armored vehicles on IVECO chassis of the Army of the Czech Republic, including their parts or accessories (hereinafter referred to as the "service"). On the basis of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded in accordance with the provisions of § 131 ZZVZwith one participant in the procurement procedure, which will define the conditions on the basis of which subsequent individual partial public contracts for the provision of services will be awarded according to the current needs of the contracting authority.
