• Description:
• The subject of the public order is the payment of the technical supervision of the construction project: Dream of energy efficiency of the Jesenk building. The place of filling is the administrative building at ul. Lipovsk 125/12, 790 01 Jesenk. The range of activities carried out by the command in the administrative phase: a) list with project documentation, b) control of documentation projects from the point of view of completeness and compliance with applicable legislation (in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation, Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, Decree No. 266/2021 Coll., on technical requirements for constructions 146/2024 Coll., decree on building requirements c) a list of the contents of the contracts submitted by the client, d) cooperation in the drafting of the contract with the construction contractor. The range of activities involved in the execution of the mission: a) preliminary performance of technical supervision buildings b) organized security prior to construction by the construction contractor, including a protocol list and a secure entry into the construction diary, c) ensuring the compliance of construction work with the agreed project and applicable conditions in the relevant decisions, with the requirements of the relevant bodies and technical infrastructure manager, d) price and material control of completed works and list of completed works, compared with the agreed budget, e) control over the execution of all agreements, conditions and deadlines specified in the mining contract, a proposal for applying contractual fines to the contractor buildings f) continuous monitoring of the quality of work, delivered materials, technological procedures and technical regulations, g) check and create photo documentation of those works and additions that will be covered or become inaccessible in the further process, enter the result of the check in the construction log hello h) regular control of the constructio...
