Description:
The subject of the contract is the complete supply of new, unused IT equipment, i.e. the supply of computers, printers, barcode readers including software and the provision of licenses, related services including the provision of agreed warranty conditions.that fulfillment takes place as early as 1 November 2023 from 11 a.m. at the place of fulfillment.
The detailed specification of IT technology with the required minimum technical parameters is given in Appendix No. 1, which contains:
a) Specification of the subject of the order IT equipment (folder of documents)
b) List of supplies and services.
The subject of the supply is belowspecified in detail by Annex No. 2 draft purchase contract.
The scope of performance also includes:
- Processing of complete technical and operational documentation containing user manuals for the delivered goods, including maintenance procedure recommendations, relevant attestations, certificates and declarations of conformity for the delivered goods.
-Training of designated employees of the user in operation, during which they will be introduced to the management and proper use of the supplied equipment/goods.
