- Purpose of the expert opinion: Transfer of agricultural land according to § 10 paragraphs 3 and 4 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., as amended: 1) On the basis of a written request, the State Land Office shall transfer to the owner or co-owner of a building that is immovable property and/ the agricultural land on which this building is located, if the owner or co-owner of the building is the authorized user of this of land, or b/ agricultural land or its separate part in the form of a parcel adjacent to the land on which this building is located, if it is a land functionally connected to this building and the owner or co-owner of the building is its authorized user. 2) The State Land Office may transfer another agricultural plot of land or a separate part of it in the form of a parcel to the owner or co-owner of a building that is an immovable property, if they are functionally connected to this building and the owner or co-owner of the building is the authorized user of this land.
