- For the intention of the street K Šibak, crossing the bypass Lysa nad Labem, so will be prepared separate project documentation, incl. Ensuring engineering activity, budget and statement assessment on the basis of the parameters specified below. For the intention of Poděbradova Street, a grade crossing of the bypass of Lysa nad Labem will be Processed separate project documentation incl. The project documentation will also be divided into buildings that will be financed by the KSUS And objects that will be paid by the city of Lysa nad Labem. At the action of the Šibak Street, the crossing of the bypass of Lysa nad Labem, a pedestrian crossing with a central island will be built - if the width circumstances of the bypass allow. The contract will include a proposal for follow -up pavement areas to maintain pedestrian ties to both sides. As part of the design work, construction buildings will be specified, the financing of which will be provided by the KSUS and construction buildings of the town of Lysa nad Labem. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the existing cycling route 8149. The construction will be located on land k.u. Lysa nad Labem 2836/53, 2836/23, 2836/31, 2836/56, 2852/2, 2836/43 - Property settlement will be solved by representatives of the city.
