- The subject of performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral territories of Velke Horšin, the bridge near the pond, Pond nad Radbuzou, Korytany and envy at the pond, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class designed to restore the cadastrereal estate by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On the Land Register (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree"). The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office onApproval of land consolidation proposal and decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal of the KPO will be drawn up according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars referred to in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.").
