- The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation (or project documentation), the subject of which is the construction of the building of the extension of two classes of the nursery school in the district of Brno -Bohunice, Uzbekka ", in accordance with the investment intention, which consists of Annex 3 of the tender documentation,The degree and quality that enables proper construction of the construction in accordance with relevant legal regulations (requirements for individual projects of the project documentation are specific in Annex 1 to the tender documentation). The building of the nursery school will build on the existing kindergarten building in the staircasespace in the left side of the school complex. There will be 2 classes with a total capacity of a maximum of 48 children, the relevant facilities (dressing rooms and sanitary facilities). The construction will include inventory of existing greenery, relocation of rain and sewage and construction of parking spaces in K+R mode in front of the school.Part of the elaborated project documentation will include proof of documents on negotiations with state administration authorities, opinions, consents, or decisions of the affected state administration authorities prescribed by special legislation and incorporation of comments and decisions in project documentation. Part of the subjectThe fulfillment of the public contract is also the following activities:-ensuring all necessary surveys (engineering-geological, hydro-geological, radon, pedological, corrosion, dendrological and infiltration tests), as well as verifying the location of existing networks, designing their relocations or protection; - Processing of the statementassessment, inventory of construction work, supplies and services with a detailed description of the required standards, which clearly define the items used and comparative item budget;Answer of responses to suppliers' requests to explain the tender documentation ...
