• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the extension of the kindergarten in the village of Velké Hoštice. The extension will be located on the south side of the existing kindergarten building and will connect to the south facade, with which it will be visually (and operationally) connected. Thanks to the different height levels and possibilities to connect to the existing basement spaces, the one-story extension is connected to the existing basement and does not interfere with the lighting and sunlight of the existing department on the ground floor. The mass of the extension will form a compact mass at a uniform height towards the street. Under the existing terrace will house rooms with a smaller headroom, and the terrace can thus remain at the level of the 1st floor - it will only be surrounded by the elevated mass of the new department. The extension will be covered with a flat roof, which will be supplemented with vegetation. From the southern and the extension will be equipped with large windows on the eastern side. A saddle skylight will be placed in the roof above the day room for additional daylight lighting. Walking light pipes will be placed in the terrace to illuminate secondary rooms. The entrance will be provided with a roof, which will be formed in the same way as the existing roofs - a hipped roof with a low pitch with a gray coating and an underlay of white boards supported by steel posts. The facade of the extension will be covered with compact boards in a reddish-brown color. Everything the plumbing elements will be in painted galvanized sheet metal, or plastic-coated sheet metal in anthracite color. All windows and exterior doors will be plastic in white. The walls lining the outdoor stairs and ramps will be made of exposed concrete. It is part of the solution also a new shed for waste containers.
