• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation (or project documentation), the subject of which is the construction of a modular kindergarten building "MŠ in MČ Brno - Královo Pole, locality Dělostrelecká", to such a degree and quality that it will allow proper preparation of the building in accordance with the relevant legal regulations (requirements for the individual stages of the project documentation are specified in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation). The building of the new container kindergarten will contain 8-9 classes with a total with a capacity of max. 225 children, facilities for school management, teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as utility network connections and the necessary traffic and parking areas. The kindergarten building will be connected by a fenced school garden for children to stay outside game and learning elements. Unlike the investment plan, the building will not contain a kitchen with operational facilities. All-day catering will be provided by importing in thermoboxes from an external gastro operation. Documentation will be part of the developed project documentation documents on dealings with state administration bodies, opinions, consents, or decisions of the concerned state administration bodies prescribed by special legal regulations and incorporating comments and decisions into project documentation.
