Description:
The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation (or project documentation), the subject of which is the construction of the building of the new building of the nursery school "Kindergarten in the Czech Republic Brno - Maloměřice and Obřany" under Hooks "in accordance with the elaborated documentation for zoning decisions, which consists of Annex 3Documentation, in a degree and quality that enables proper construction of the construction in accordance with relevant legal regulations (requirements for individual project documentation are concretized in Annex 1 of the tender documentation).capacity of a maximum of 100 children, background for school management, pedagogical and non -teaching staff. The construction will include a school kitchen with operating facilities. The kindergarten will be followed by a fenced school garden for outdoor stays of children, including game and teaching elements. Public engineering networks and parkingThe places will be built as part of the development project "Quarter under Hady, Brno, 2. Stage". Part of the elaborated project documentation will include proof of documents on negotiations with state administration bodies, opinions, consents, or decisions of the affected state administration bodies prescribed by special legalRegulations and incorporation of comments and decisions in project documentation.
