- The subject of the public contract is the realization of an extension of a two-storey building to the existing kindergarten building in Tepleho Street no. 2100 in Pardubice due to an increase in the capacity of the kindergarten by 100 children. This is the expansion of the kindergarten by 4 classes of 25 children aged 2-6, including classroom equipment,provision of adjacent social facilities and an adequate number of changing rooms. Part of this is the expansion of the premises and the increase in the capacity of the catering operation, ensuring the capacity of the cloakroom, preparation kitchens and the solution of sufficient facilities for other teachers, including social facilities.
The extension will be closely adjacent to the estatesbuilding so that it is not structurally dependent on it in any way, but at the same time could be operationally connected to it through three additionally demolished passages.
In front of the kindergarten building, a new drive-through parking lot with diagonal parking spaces will be placed. A fenced entrance road will connect to the parking lotan area that enables the safe movement of children between the two pavilions of the kindergarten. Shelters for bicycle parking and dustbins will be placed within this closed space, and the kitchen will also be supplied.
