Description:
The subject of the public contract is the gradual supply of kits for the preparation of libraries, kits for the preparation of DNA libraries without PCR, kits for cloning, and tubes for fragmentation, including transport to specified fulfillment locations according to the specific requirements of the Contracting Authority, the detailed specification of which is given in the procurement documentaci and its Annex No. 8 and in Annex No. 1 of the model text of the Framework Agreement relating to each individual part of the public contract. The subject of the performance of the public contract for each part of the public contract will be implemented on the basis of a Framework Agreement concluded with one supplier continuously for a period of 2 years of the duration of the Frameworksof the agreement. In accordance with the provisions of § 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into four (4) parts. The participant can submit an offer for all four (4) parts of the public contract or only for some parts or only for one (1) part of the public contract (according to his choice). For every part of this public order, you will be welcomeanother participant, i.e. the selected supplier for a specific part of the public contract concluded a separate Framework Agreement, or for each part of this public order
the contracting authority intends to conclude a separate Framework Agreement with one participant of the ZŘ.
