- The subject of the public contract is the selection of the contractor. The new one -storey building with a built -up area of 130.64 m2 will be based on blanket concrete foundations, the perimeter walls will be bricked. The roof has a saddle shape.
Koliba II will serve for welcome and sitting with rare guests and will not be used for sale.The capacity of the new building will be 40 people. There will be no food preparation or cooking of food. The small kitchenette will only be used for preparing refreshments (overheating of imported food).
The building is layout in the hall, kitchen, dressing room, warehouses, hallway, toilet women and toilet men including hallway and cleaningThe room.
in all places of the building is designed washable tiles suitable for the environment, the walls will be fitted in the premises of food handling and in the sanitary facilities with washable painting or ceramic tiles. The sanitary facilities in the Koliba II will be used by the service of the colibes and stalls.Ventilation is naturally provided by windows and doors. Window-free rooms will be equipped with air exchange fans. The heat pump assembly consists of two main modules - outdoorand internal units.
Hot water will be prepared in a 180l hot water tank, which is integrated in the inner heat pump unit.This will be connected to the existing route of the sewage connection. The connection is further solved by access sidewalks and reinforcedthrough areas. - Documents:
