- (nature and amount of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of this public contract is the development of documentation for the execution of the construction, including a zoological assessment, construction budget, separate development of passport project documentation incl.of the fire safety design of the building (PBŘ), the architectural design of the building, including the processing of the internal layout of the furniture layout, and then the Certificate of the energy performance of the building, the Energy Label, the Energy Assessment, the Binding Opinion of the Historic Preservation Authority, the Coordinated Opinion of Mof the municipal office of Ostrava, Document proving permission to place the building in the territory according to the Building Act, Document proving permission to implement the construction plan according to the Building Act. Part of the subject of the performance of the public contract will also be the performance of copyright supervision.
The subject of the performance of this public contract is youpreparation of documentation for the execution of the construction, including a zoological assessment, construction budget, independent preparation of passport project documentation, including a fire safety solution for the building (PBŘ), architectural design of the building, including processing of internal layouts, furniture placement and dbut then a certificate of the energy performance of the building, an energy label, an energy assessment, a binding opinion of the historic preservation authority, a coordinated opinion of the Municipality of the City of Ostrava, a document proving the permission to place the building in the territory according to the Building Act, a document proving the permission to implementbuilding plan according to the Building Act.
