Description of the contract: The subject of the performance of this public order is the development of documentation for the construction, including a zoological assessment, a budget for construction work, a separate preparation of a passport project documentmentation, including the fire safety design of the building (PBR), the architectural design of the building, including the processing of the internal dispositions of the layout of the property, and then the Certificate of Energy Efficiency of the building, the Energy Label, the Energy Assessment, the Binding Opinion of the Heritage Authority, Coordinatedopinion of the Municipality of the city of Ostrava, Document proving the permission to place the building in the land according to the Building Act, Document proving the permission to implement the construction plan according to the Building Act. Part of the subject of the public order fulfillment will also be the performance of copyright supervision.
