• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework contract for the provision of service services and repairs to ensure the operation of Kyocera multifunction equipment, including the supply of consumption materials (except for the supply of office paper) and the provision of service services to MyQ, which is on machinesKyocera installed and operated.
  The framework contract will be concluded for 2 years, or by the total maximum amount of CZK 2,420,000, including VAT.Client requirements including regular preventive inspection of all mechanical and electrical components, cleaning, lubrication, removal of possible technical defects, replacement of spare parts and functional testing of the device;
  b) removal of reported defects incurred in the operation of the equipment;
  c) provisionall repairs for all established equipment of the device;
  d) In case of failure of equipment for which the total number of pages printed is higher than the manufacturer is stated within the machine's life specification, securing the rental of a similar device the same or better category for the necessary time (repairequipment or acquisition of new equipment by the Client).
  Provision of consumables of consumables means mainly supply of original consumption materials (except for paper delivery) necessary for both operation of equipment and to reduce parts.contractual and will be determined in the form of a flat fee for one printed A4 format for each type of equipment. List of devices is given in Annex 1 - List and Number of equipment.Requires the maturity of invoices for 30 days.
  The contracting authority or parts of their suppliers does not return to the suppliers. The contracting authority reserves the right to refuse all offers whenever the selection procedure is canceled for any reason or even without statingreasons.
