Description:
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework contract for the supply of licenses and the provision of contact center services.
Specifications:
- License (purchase) for operators (communication/active users) of the contact center (the license will include, if necessary, other necessary licenses)
- Price for work (hour) whichwill include configuration, settings, updates, management, or editing and creation (recording) of voice messages according to the request of the client and the IVR tree, Frontstage contact center solution.
The framework contract will be concluded for 4 years, or until the total maximum amount of CZK 1,500,000 is exhausted including VAT.
