• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as "VZ") is the provision of retraining in accordance with Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZoZ"), for applicants and those interested in employment. Retraining courses will be implemented on on the basis of framework agreements concluded with selected suppliers, always with one supplier for each individual part of the public contract, in accordance with § 131 et seq. ZZVZ. On the basis of the concluded framework agreements, individual implementation agreements will subsequently be concluded retraining. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into parts, with each part corresponding to a specific type of retraining course and the place of its implementation. Contractors are entitled to submit a bid for one, more or all public parts contracts in accordance with § 101 paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ. 1. Digital literacy - Cheb The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as "VZ") is the provision of retraining in accordance with Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZoZ"), for applicants and job seekers. Retraining courses will be implemented on the basis of framework agreements concluded with selected suppliers, and always with one supplier for each individual part of the public contract, in accordance with § 131 et seq.
