- The subject of this public contract is the supply of laboratory equipment, in the specification according to Annex No. 2 ZD - Technical specification and price calculation and under the conditions set out in other annexes to this procurement documentation, especially in Annex No. 3 ZD - Purchase contract. According to Section 35 of the Act, this public procurement is analogously divided into six (6) parts (each individual part of the public procurement will be evaluated and assessed separately). The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for any number of parts of the public contract (one, more or all parts of the public contract).
