- The subject of the public contract is: A/ service provision - laboratory examination - NAT testing of samples of blood donors and blood components (plasma, platelets) from collections for the production of transfusion preparations and collections for the production of raw materials for further processing according to § 4, paragraphs 3 and 4 of Decree No. 143/2008 Coll., on establishing more detailed requirements for ensuring the quality and safety of human blood and its components (decree on human blood), as amended, including the collection of samples. The client will ensure the collection of samples for the laboratory examination into test tubes approved by the supplier (service provider). B/ providing a service, namely the output of testing for the Takeda company for the entire supply of plasma for fractionation for the specified plasma processor.
