Description: The subject of public procurement is the gradual supplies of pipettes and peaks, gloves, pulp, microscopper slides, scissors, tweezers, tissue homogenization tubes and other laboratory material according to the specific requirements of the contracting authority whose closer specifications are listed below in this tender documentation and its annex no . 8 and in Annex 1 to the model text of the Framework Agreement relating to each individual part of the public contract. Subject performance for each part of the public contract will be implemented on the basis of a framework agreement concluded with one supplier continuously for 2 years of the duration of the Framework Agreement.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 35, the public contract is divided into three (3) parts.
